2017 has been the year os the second launch of the classic method of the Gaetano family, a Blanc de Blancs of Carricante and Charonnay grapes, the stylistic perfection of two different terroir: The Etna volcano an the Trapani countryside. This sparkling wine matures 30 months on yeasts within a tunnel digged up in a lava flow in the Cavanera Etnea estate. Fruity and intense, characterised by citrus notes is perfect for making a toast at midnight. Its elegant texture and bouquet decorated by fine and persistent perlage will enchant the first moments of the New Year.
