Trapani Estates. Pianoro Cuddìa
Sicily’s agricultural tradition is predominant throughout the province of Trapani. This estate is the viticultural heart of such an austere and special area, covered by almost 40 hectares of vineyards. The ampelographic platform is wide: in addition to Perricone, which Firriato has massively invested in, the other varieties include Nero d’Avola, Frappato, Nerello Cappuccio, Grillo and Catarratto. Cuddìa produces the phenomenal Ribeca and Quater wines.
